BREATHING DEVICE
TFI - "SAMOZDRAV"
Right breathing is the best medicine !
Different
forms of breathing therapy have existed across many cultures and many
ages. In China, breathing is a major part of the self development and
healing art of Qi Gong. In India, Pranayama forms a major part of the
practice of joga. Qi Gong and Pranayama use conscious focus on and
control of the breath to heal disease, access the life force, elevate
the spirit and calm the mind. We don't think nevertheless that these
methods are suitable for modern people, in our fast and fussy life. Our
basis now must be knowledge, not faith.
Over the
past few years a new non-drug treatment for asthma has swept through the
world. Buteyko therapy was, in fact a very well developed treatment for
Chronic Hyperventillation Syndrome. A clinical trial held in Australia
in 1995 demonstrated a reduction in the use of bronchodilators by 96%
and a reduction in steroids by 49% after 12 weeks of Buteyko therapy.
The
treatment was developed in the 1950's in Russia by doctor and scientist
Konstantin Buteyko. But the treatment has not got a wide spreading
because of difficulties in it's practising. Full scientific explanations
of Buteyko's phenomenon had not been published. The causes of
hyperventilation and chronic disease development have not been fully
investigated in scientific research.
Only in a
1995 the scientific works have appeared in Russia, in which such factors
as delay of breathing (by Buteyko, Jogs), physical loads
and breathing with CO2 enriched air were incorporated as the
mechanism of increasing of concentration of carbon dioxides in a blood.
It turns out that the nature of an organism of the person requires a
regular overdosing of carbon dioxide (hypercapnia) for maintaining his
physiology in norm. It is the same that regularly take place in the
organism of people making everyday's running or taking everyday's
breathing exercises after Buteyko.
It remained
only to invent acceptable and safe method for artificial creation of a
hypercapnia.
And this invention was made in course of researches
conducted by the doctor of medical sciences professor
A.A. Nenashev
and by engineers Y.N.Mishustin and C.F.Lyovkin. The apparatus had been
created at the end of 1997 in Reseach Physiology Center in Samara.
Breathing device TFI - "Samozdrav"
returns your breathing and, consequently, CO2 level in blood to norm. It
is done by reconditioning the body's response to carbon dioxide in the
blood, or, in other words, device gives right shift to your respiratory
center. It is achieved in the process of everyday's training.
Why do we
recommend it instead of Dr. Buteyko's method ? As it is known, the will
controlled respirate reduction (by Buteyko's method) results in
increasing of blood CO2 level. With everyday training the respiratory
center will adapt to increased CO2 level; so the function of respiratory
center is corrected to reduce the breathing intensity.
Phisiologically breathing device TFI
"Samozdrav" works equally to Buteyko's method -
it gives compulsory increasing of blood CO2 level. But unpleasant
procedure of holding one's breath now is eliminated. Besides that Cosmic
Health has another advantage - it's using is absolutly safe and training
can be done without doctor's supervision.
As a rule
the intensity of breathe(ventilation) is reduced by 1.5-2 times after
5-th month of training.
The change of
phisiological conditions of persons having using Breathing device TFI
correspond to the table below.

Medical investigations of the people having used this method give fancy
results: the organism 50 - 60-year's people begins to work almost as at
25-year's !
That is, using
"Samozdrav" and restoring normal blood supply, we not only
eliminate essential hypertension, but also restore normal regulation of
many organism processes.
